15 ST Servo Roll Feed
15 ST OBI press with push-pull servofeed and uncoil reel. This custom control package designed by Servotec USA utilizes three servos and drives. The first servo controls the feed reel and the remaining two control the material feed. The high precision push pull feed indexes the material without stretching it. In this case, the material being fed is rubber but this setup will work with any material that is subject to being deformed by tension.
Other features include job monitoring, full solenoid locking guarding, air pressure monitoring for the main air and regulated clutch air. The system also uses an air blow off and vacuum to collect finished parts.
